Verified there were no other driver updates available. Uninstalled the drivers and rebooted the computer. In the list of audio device drivers, look for Realtek High-Definition Audio. Go to Windows Device Manager > Sound, video and game controllers section. Select ' Driver ' tab and select Roll Back Driver check if the issue persists. Went to AMD's website and downloaded and ran their AMD Radeon Settings app, no changes to the drivers. Click on it with the right button of your mouse and choose ' Properties '. During driver updates, was told these are the most current. Ran Windows audio troubleshooter and checked for driver and software updates, no change. Have tried other browsers and volume still needs to be at 100% and then can barely be heard. But these websites play at normal volume on other computers. Some website, Facebook, and YouTube video's the volume is too low it cannot be heard, even through external speakers. ![]() ![]() Pandora and local sound files play at normal volume. ![]()
